Cancellation Policy & Refund Timeframe:-

In Case of cancelling the package due to any reasons. we must be notified of the same in written by you. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date,we receive advance by the customer and cancellation Charges are as follows.

  • * 30 Days prior to arrival:- 25% of the Package Cost.
  • * 15 Days prior to arrival:- 50% of the Package Cost.
  • * 07 Days prior to arrival:- 75% of the Package Cost.
  • * Within 7 Days of arrival:- 100% of the Package cost
  • * After receiving the booking, your package amount is non refundable.
  • * Festive season, Peak season booking- No Refund Policy.
  • * Festive Season and Peak season package cost is flexible.

If you cancel and postpone the booking due to any emergency, then that booking will be your postponed. Postponed booking will be valid for 1 year from the day you cancel. Keep in mind that after you have made a postponed booking, you cannot withdraw your amount, you can only use that postponed booking.

Bharat Holidays will not be responsible for any service related issues during force majeure i.e natural calamities, during curfew, strikes and acts of terrorists or any situation which is beyond the control of Bharat Holidays.

If the payment is not received before travel date then the amount will be fortified as cancellation.

Note-

Written Cancellation will Accepted on all working days, except Saturday & Sunday.Any Cancellation request sent on Saturday & Sunday's will be considered On Monday.



[For the x-mas and New year Period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment will be Non- refundable.]

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ Contractors We patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, Chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

*All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

*Token amount is non refundable in any cases.

*No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Bus, Cab, Safari Tickets, Imagica Tickets, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits or any other Bharat Holidays services.

*Cancellation and Refund policy depends on the hotels and resorts where the reservation has been made, and it varies from hotel to a hotel and factors such as the seasonality, duration between the date of cancellation and the check in date, etc.

*In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Bharat holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive a reply within one business day, please call the at our support number below. We will not be responsible if email, mail fails to reach us.

All the refund/cancellation requests shall be sent through email/mail in writing and be sent at the earliest possible. No refund shall be processed unless a written request (email or mail) is received.

Mode of Refund and Timeframe: Refunds will be processed to your bank account only and may take upto 10-15 business days. All the refunds will be done through NEFT / IMPS transfer only. No refund will be done through cash.
